Liability

We’ve got you covered. Every customer signs our Customer Rental Agreement, which includes key clauses on indemnification, warranty, leasing rules, and equipment use. We’re flexible—if your school needs adjustments, we’ll make them. Plus, Biggabed is fully insured at every campus location: General Liability, Product Liability, and Workers Compensation, each with $1M limits. Certificates of insurance are available on request.

Roommate Disputes

Not once. To date, we haven’t had a single roommate‑related issue reported by students or universities. If concerns ever arise, we offer a 30‑day full refund guarantee—no questions asked. Our mission is to make campus living smoother, not more complicated.

Damage to School Furniture

Our products are designed to avoid damage. They secure with non‑invasive methods like velcro and have been used across many campuses without issue. If damage does occur and your school determines Biggabed was responsible, we’ll cover the replacement cost directly—students won’t be involved.

Small Rooms

We respect fire codes and campus standards. At Middlebury, we set a minimum room‑size threshold based on square footage and excluded rooms that wouldn't meet fire safety codes.That system worked seamlessly. We’re happy to apply the same approach at your school, in coordination with administrators, to ensure compliance and safety or determine another approach that fits your needs.
