If you purchase a Biggabed today and help us recruit a Campus Director at your school, we’ll refund your entire purchase price once your Director is officially on board. It’s our way of rewarding community builders and ensuring more students can enjoy Biggabeds year after year!

What’s in your purchase
Your order includes the Biggabed frame, the foam Biggabed Mattress Extender, and our premium Biggabed Mattress Topper. You’ll only need to supply your own Full‑XL sheets and bedding to complete the setup.

Ownership & Sustainability
This is a purchase, not a rental. We encourage you to resell, donate, or hand off your bed at the end of your use, ideally to your newly recruited Campus Director, so they can launch rentals on campus. Please don’t discard your Biggabed; we place a high value on circular, sustainable product life.

Shipping & Lead Times
Every Biggabed is made to order, then shipped once weekly via standard carrier. Typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks, though this can vary with demand. If your requested delivery window isn’t feasible, we’ll reach out promptly to align on next‑best dates. We are not capable of providing automatic shipping or manufacturing updates, but you can always reach out to contact@biggabed.com for an update.

Risk, Liability & Compliance
You assume all responsibility for installation and use. By purchasing, you acknowledge that Biggabed Inc. is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or third‑party claims arising from the bed’s setup or use. You must also ensure your installation complies with all applicable laws, building codes, and university housing policies.

Eligibility & Exclusivity
This DTC offer is available only in locations where we do not currently have an active Campus Director rental program. We reserve the right to verify campus status and cancel orders if a rental partner already exists.

No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. Except for the full‑refund incentive tied to a successful Campus Director referral (see above), we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances besides a manufacturing defect.
By completing this form and submitting payment, you agree to these DTC‑specific Terms & Conditions. These terms supersede any other Biggabed policy for purchases made through this direct order form.
