FAQs
What if you don't expand to my school?
Sucks to suck.
Just kidding, you can Buy a Biggabed to be shipped to you, or keep sharing and we'll expand next year!
What size sheets should I use?
We recommend Full-XL sheets as they fit best, and that's what size the Biggabed is. Check out Bare Home's collection of Full-XL sheet sets here.
If you have a favorite set of queen or full sheets, they will also work, but there'll be extra/not enough fabric, respectively.
Is this allowed in my dorm?
Our product is made to all fire safety and compliance standards, state by state. Regardless, schools have the freedom to decide what items are allowed in their dorms. You should review your Housing guidelines. We will provide additional guidance on this as we contact the administration at potential expansion locations.
What do I do with my bed at the end of the year?
We'll reach out before the end of your rental period to organize a time to come pick up your Biggabed package from you - free of charge. Just one less thing to worry about during finals!
Do you have any discounts?
Honestly, so many. We provide group discounts for teams/clubs/roommates group. We have early bird sales, giveaways, and so many more opportunites to get a Biggabed at a reduced price - just ask.
If you are a student who is interested in a Biggabed but may not be able to afford it, please reach out to us for opportunities to receive additional discounts. We want everyone to Dream Bigga!
What if my bed doesn't fit in my room?
We're so confident you'll love your Biggabed, we offer a 30-day full refund guarantee! If you want to return your bed, change sizes, or change toppers, just let us know. You can check out the full details on our Refund Policy page. We will only install Biggabeds in rooms that fit them, per state fire safety laws.
What happens to the school mattress and bed frame?
They stay right there! We don't take anything out of your room, we just add stuff on.
When can I expect to get my bed?
If you purchase before any order deadlines, your bed will be delivered during the move-in period listed on your purchase statement. If you ordered after any deadlines, we'll be in touch to organize delivering your bed ASAP!
What if I'm coming to school early or staying late for graduation?
Depending on Campus Director availability, we may provide an option for "early arrival" bed delivery. This may come at an additional charge. We will let you know about this as it becomes an option. There will be no additional charge for bed pickups during graduation/senior week, just keep an eye on your email for move-out details from us!
Can I buy instead of rent?
We primarily focus on rentals, as that is how we provide the best service and ensure that our product is properly reused and recycled. We do not allow beds to be outright purchased at schools where we provide rentals.
If we don't expand our rental service to your school, you can purchase a Biggabed to be shipped to you.
